Our short story
We were driving down Geležinio Vilko Street in Vilnius – in great spirits, heading out to try a new place for lunch. Suddenly – a sharp jolt. The accelerator stopped responding. The car slowly came to a halt right in the middle of heavy traffic. Horns blaring all around us, and there we were – stuck in the chaos of the city with no clear plan of what to do next.
Then came the desperate search: browsing classifieds, making calls, trying to explain where we were and what had happened. Only after more than an hour did help finally arrive. Although everything eventually worked out, in that moment we realized – calling for assistance in such situations should be much simpler.
That’s how Traffi Help was born – a solution that lets you request roadside assistance with just a few taps.
